Picture a sneaker top on a light hiking sole. They have an unusual lace pattern, diagonal instead of straight. I also think that they need the K-20 outdoor insert rather than the K-10 that comes with the shoe. The shoe folds about where the small toe is which caused pinching for me. Unfortunately, these didn’t work for me.

These sneakers are extremely comfortable. I am a Keen fan and figured I’d give them a try for the gym. I have always needed to break in sneakers before finding comfort. However, after wearing the first time at the gym, I decided to walk home almost three miles and they were perfect.

Fit is true to size. Usually wear Targhee’s but wanted a change and these are my new favorites

I bought these for cycle touring. I always wear Keens and thought these would be lighter weight, and dry faster, than my Targhees. They’re spot on. Enough support for pedaling, and great all around. I have high arches, so I always have to add additional support anyway, so that wasn’t a surprise or a mark against them.

Great fitting shoe for my feet. Comfortable.

Comfortable enough for a short hike right out of the box.

This is a typical Keen shoe. They are designed for folks like me. I need a larger toe box and great support. They are just right for my gait.

Not a rugged “trail runner “ I use these for work as painting contractor, I’ve had several Keens in the past that I have used for work but these were a little fragile und started coming unglued rather quickly.

I have Keen hiking boots which I find are really comfortable, so I decided to try these as my everyday shoes. The Keens have a tip up at the toe end of the shoe and additional toe protection on the top surface of the shoe that I like. For whatever reason my big toes seem to point up when I walk. Without the these features in other shoes, my toes wear a hole through the top. The asymmetric line the laces follow looks unusual at first, but I’ve gotten used to the look. Possibly this adds to the comfort but really can’t say for sure. Overall, highly recommended.
