These are terrific! I need really strong arch support and these are the best I’ve found because of the combination of exceptionally good support with comfortable cushioning. Until now I’ve found one or the other but not both. Handy markings on the toe make it easy to properly cut these back to make a perfect fit.

Amazing. I have been having major pain due to my high arches. The drugstore ones didn’t help. These are a life saver. I’m realizing that a week later I haven’t said one word about my feet, so that means these are that good! They fit in the Keen footwear perfectly, only some lite trimming , now that was the best part.

The price to value is great for these. Great support and don’t make my feet overly sweaty. Just had them a week so I can’t comment on longevity but I would expect them to easily go 9-12 months considering I stand on concrete 10 hours a day and am 280 pounds. My feet stopped hurting within a day of putting these into my new shoes.

I have extremely high arches and was looking for something to support them. Unfortunately for me when standing on these inserts my arches were not even touching the insert arch area. Just not high enough for me. I’m sure they would be fine if you have moderate arches.

I have very high arches, and usually wear a 7.5 or 8 women’s shoe. I tried these in a size Small. I could have trimmed these down to the right length, but since this is a unisex insole it’s actually a D width and was too wide for most of my women’s medium (B) width shoes. The arch support was pretty good but not high enough for my freakishly high arches. I also found these insoles rather firm despite the gel on the bottom.
These might still be worth a try if you wear a D width shoe and have medium/high arches.

Woo-hoo! On my 8th try, I hit an insole that will work! It is nicely rigid through the heel, without being hard, and best of all, its convexities hit all my concavities in just the right place. And – the box did not look as if it had already been opened and closed and tried on a hundred times!

They are good but then again they are 50.00 I would like a higher arch but I guess they will work. I go up and down stairs a lot like 14 stories worth and the rest is concrete and gravel. Its probably the harshest environment your feet could have. That’s why spending the extra money on an arch support is warranted. Keen makes great boots I have tried many of there styles. I wish they made some pull on type Wellington boots with the work shoe bottom. They do make some pull on type work boots but the soles are different all said and done Keen makes great work boots.

I have very high arches. These were advertised as insoles for high arches. They offered very very little support. I am so disappointed.

They are generally hard as cement, so I had to send them back. Not good if you have neuropathy to soles of feet and cannot tolerate firm innersoles.
Comfort –
I have very high arches, so these are the ticket to comfort. Their sizing is true to what you expect. I did not have to trim anything. These insoles are quite substantial. I am expecting the material to not mat down. I am looking forward to wearing them quite a bit in the next few months. When I wear these I can actually feel the support.

I work in a kitchen and while I have decent shoes, the footbeds wear out faster than the rest of them. I bought these as an upgrade from the usual cheap options, and while they’re not the magic pain-ending bullet I’d hoped for, they are pretty good. The first day I wore them I was concerned–I had some overall soreness that was a bit different than my usual you-need-new-shoes pain–but the rest of the week it mostly went away. I suspect the fact that these are a little bit more supportive forced me to stand slightly differently which confused my muscles at first. I still come home with tired feet, but my leg and back pain has improved. Here’s hoping they last long enough to be worth the price!

If you need or are looking for ARCH SUPPORT INSOLES, you need not look any farther than these KEEN UTILITY K30 HIGH ARCH insoles. Though they are a bit expensive, they most certainly provide superior arch support!

Trouble with neuropathy this is the only insole that has given me relief.
