I have narrow feet and these seemed to fit quite well, though they were short. I would have had to go up half a size if I wanted them. I was concerned about the material they’re made from, they just don’t seem that durable to me, and not quite worth the price, so I returned them.

I have hard to fit feet: they are narrow and long, with a good-size bunion, Morton’s neuroma, pretty bad metatarsal pain, and a wicked hammertoe. Also I’m a true size 11, so “order your next size up” is a challenge. I’ve been wearing Altras to accommodate the bunion and hammertoe, but the lack of support and flimsy materials has led me to my next hiking shoe. I hike about 10-15 miles/ week, more if I’m backpacking.
I ordered the new Altra Tushars, Merrell Moabs and the Keen Terradora II (some of the only hiking shoes that come in a women’s 12). The Keen Terradoras are the winner. Lightweight and somewhat narrow, but flexible at the forefoot with adequate toe space. Good cushion throughout but can still feel the trail. I was a bit concerned about the more narrow toebox and my bunion, but I read reviews that the shoes mold to your footshape after a day or two so was willing to give it a go. The insoles that come with the shoe were the best of the set (although I replaced with my own insoles). They are lightweight (lightest of the set by far) and do not drag your legs down.
I took these out for a very rocky and steep 6 mile inaugural hike. They performed well. Some initial pain around my bunion eased by about mile 2 as the shoe adjusted. The shoes support my ankles in exactly the right spot, under the ankle bone, securely but not too tight. Traction seems good (even though the tread seems a bit sneaker-like and I wonder how durable it will be on the rocky trails I tend to be on). Overall I am pleased. Took a chance since there are few reviews out there for this one. Will update once I get some mileage on these.

This is the right pair of shoes for me because it meets my many needs for footware. In the fall, I purchased the Terradora Mid-Waterproof shoes in green and I am just wearing them now, but the Terradora II Mid-Waterproof is changed in ways that are great for my needs. The ankle and heel are more padded and stronger to support my pronated ankles. Keen products generally fit me well, though I do remove the innersoles and replace them with my custom orthotics. I also wear a fabric, lace-up ankle brace, which fits well in my right shoe. I love these high-top shoes and may never take them off! Thanks Keen!

These are super comfy! I ordered a half size up knowing that keens usually run about a half size smaller and fit perfectly. Only took about a half hour to break in. Haven’t really tested the waterproof but so far so good.

These were cute but felt narrow and I know my neuroma would not be happy after an all-day hike in these. The tread also felt almost sneaker-like, as a another reviewer mentioned.

I read the reviews and ordered both my usual size and a half size larger (8 and 8.5 respectively). The reviewers were right– these run small, and the 8.5s fit perfectly.

I ordered these because I love my Keen sandals and walk in them all summer. These I love the look of, too. Like the sandals, the sole is well made — harder than is usual, but like the sandals and good for hiking. If the sole wears down, I don’t think I’ll be able to replace it. Maybe I won’t need to. We shall see.

I have long toes but narrow foot otherwise so I need shoes with a wide and more square toe box. Keen’s usually work great but these pinched my toes a little. On the other hand the Keen Targhee III Mid Waterproof fit perfect.

Keen has changed, their quality and sizing is all askew. My usual size is a 7.5, and I usually order an 8 in Keen. Tried these in a 7.5, they were about a half size too long, so going up to an 8 would not help, and they were very narrow. Thank you Zappos for letting me return.

I got the blue and black. Keeping the black. I just had the first walk with the dog on rainy slippery park ways and felt very sturdy and my feet kept dry. Love the boots!

I ordered a 71/2 M in this shoe and it fit PERFECTLY! It has a rounded toe so go up a 1/2 size if you decide to order it. I like the fact that this hiking shoe is more like a tennis shoe. it has flexibility and it’s totally waterproof. The terrain I’ll be using it on is uneven land, some hills and gravel trails. I’m looking forward to taking these out to our property. If you are hiking on more rocky terrain, you might want one of the Keen hiking shoes with a thicker sole.

You can’t tell from the photos, but this is not a traditional “mid” hiking boot. The shaft rim slopes downwards towards the back of your heel, and it goes so low in the back that it does not encase or cover your ankle. Essentially there’s just an extra bit of material on the front of your foot providing padding around the tongue. This boot does not provide any ankle stability; it’s comparable to a sneaker. As always, Keens provide zero arch support. Bummed that I keep trying their fantastic designs and I can never keep them.

i normally wear a 9 in boots but after reading reviews i ordered the 9 and 9.5, just in case. the 9 fit with a thin sock but i ended up keeping the 9.5 olive because they didn’t seem that different in length but were a tad wider in the toes and more comfortable. they don’t pinch or rub anywhere! a bonus for me is that they are waterproof but are free of leather/suede (i love animals and don’t want to wear them on my feet).

I read all the reviews before ordering these shoes and most said they run small. I ordered a half size bigger that I normally wear and they fit great.
PJ –
They’re beautiful and fit my foot like a cushy comfy glove. Unfortunately, they so lack support for this low arched overpronator that my ankle rolls inward freely and that translates to guaranteed pain after a rigorous hike. They’d be great for an afternoon at the park, but not for successive 4,000+ altitude gain mountain hikes.

So comfortable! Fits well and plenty of toe room.

Love the color of the shoe with the splash of colors on the bottom. Have worn them walking to break them in fir the past two weeks and they only issue is some unpleasant rubbing on my right foot in the inside tongue. No blister though. I know it won’t be an
Issue once I have some mid high socks and a few more miles in them. I wear a side 8. Ordered an 8.

This is my second pair and I love the fact that they are not a boaty shoe. I did have to go up a full size this time. I wear a 9.5 and the 10 was still too small/snug. The 105 was perfect. Light weight and good for the weather.

I ended up with a 10.5 in this boot due to the narrow fit. I am usually a 10 in a hiking boot. Fits great!

Among the most comfortable footwear I have ever had!!!!

Seemed like nice boots but just didn’t fit my goofy feet and seemed to run really small. I would order 1 full size up.

These were my first pair of hiking shoes. Before purchasing these, I tried on another brand and the other brand was stiff and would have created blisters. The Keen Terradora were comfortable in the store; they were comfortable they on the hiking trails. I had no blisters, no rubbing. Very thankful for the LL Bean employee helping me and recommending these.
