K –
Seemed very light duty type boot, i can’t see the rubber flex toe part lasting very long, it was very thin, I wanted something a little more heavy duty, i did go with the Keen Dover
Chris –
Overall happy with the boots. Good flexibility for hiking, good sole for comfort and great fit to my foot. Only complaint i can give it is the laces are short. With my large feet/ankles, the top hooks (needed when hitting “ankle busting terrain” aren’t able to be used. Took one star off comfort for that. The rubber on the front is well placed and seems to be holding up really well. Originally it looked a little thin but it isn’t showing any wear..

I purchases these for hiking in Hawaii. They advertised water proof and flexible. My first time wearing them, I did a twelve mile hike through rock, dirt, mud, streams, and a moderately difficult hike to the summit. They worked GREAT! I’m very pleased with the boot and will purchase them again when the time comes.

My husband needed a new pair of hiking boots and purchased these. He really liked them compared to his Oboz. However, he hasn’t even had them a month, and the yellow rubber flex piece at toe bend is ripped.

I own 4 pairs of keens and by far these are the best and lighter then then the other ones I have. I go on hikes and with these boots I don’t slip and slide all the time. The way that they bend and flex is awesome.

I have purchased several of the Keen styles for my son and he is very happy with looks and fit. Thank you for a great product.

These are Mens, I was shopping for women’s so had to return for a different size.

Tongue folds in and causes huge pain in right foot

Got these for my partner who ONLY wears New balance and he loved them. We went on a 3 mile hike day one and he has NO complaints!!
He is usually a 10-10.5 but chose the 11 so he can wear thick socks when needed. All the way satisfied!!

Light , comfortable and still somehow warm enough to wear in below freezing temps.

Bought this for my husband but he said they were way by smaller than his other Keen shoes. I had the same issue with my women keen shoes where the sizes are not consistent. Otherwise great looking shoes

I ordered my size but my toe just touched the front of the boot. I am returning them but I did keep a different Keen model that fit perfectly.

As usual, the fit of these Keens was just right (I wear a size 10.5 consistently with Keen). After trying these particular Keens out, I was not a fan of the “flex” part of the shoe. Two reasons… One is that it’s hard to imagine the fairly thin rubber flex part lasting very long (but I could be wrong about that). The other is that due to the easy flex of the shoe, the top part of the shoe would push right onto the top of my foot with every step. Not a fan. Other than that, they seemed to be quality shoes and sized well.

For the amount I paid and the brand, I was upset with the show. Break in period took longer than normal and I did not find them comfortable.

I bought these b/c I have drop foot and could not walk in my sloping back yard. Today I wore these for the first time, but only to drive to a local market and shop. I feel these offer enough ankle support that I will soon try them in the back yard. They will not, of course keep my foot from dropping.

I really loved this boot and is the most comfortable boot EVER!! But having said that you may wonder why my overall two star review? Here are the facts: Although I like the looks and I LOVE THE SUPPORT AND FEEL the boot must have a flaw because only after one month of wearing these boots the rubber across the top of both boots have developed ware cracks and have already broken open to where you can see the white underlining. This is A Lot of money for a pair of boots that break down this quickly. I Love Keens and are the best most comfortable boots ever … Most of the time. Just stay away from this madel and style and you will be happy you bought Keens.

I’m normally am 11.5 in tennis shoes and boots, but was pretty much swimming in “my” size. Exchanged for an 11, and they are close to perfect (and from past experience will break in quickly).
Great style and color way (olive & ketchup on rye, hold the mayo and mustard). They very light but well-constructed and super-grippy.

On suggestion of previous request tried a men’s size for wider toe box… for me I didn’t care for the fit and and yes the tires box was wider but nothing else seemed to feel “right”. Sorry not more specific. Returned.

These are great boots. Protective, supportive, light, flexible and grippy like a gecko ?.
They also look great – I’ve received many compliments in just a few days of wearing them.
I am normally an 11.5, but they were a bit long, which is exacerbated by the big Keen toe bumper. I returned them for an 11 and they fit perfectly.
I hope they are built to last; I’d like to wear them for many years. Considering buying a second pair.
Frank –
I have two large dogs. I walk a lot. So, I was happy to find a good boot by a brand that I like.
Unfortunately, the quality is of this boot is not what it should be. I had this boot for about four (4) months. My guess is that I walked about 350-400 miles in them. Overall, the boot looks okay but the seams have unraveled at the same spots on each boot. This makes these boots no longer waterproof, of course. I had much higher expectations of a pair of boots that costs $170 from a brand like Keen.
Mike –
Very nice boot light and flexible. Rises high enough with thick padding in the upper part to provide ample ankle support. Would work for both hiking and light snow. Felt true to the size, same as my sneakers.
