We love Keen shoes but these were super stiff and narrow. More like a low-top boot. My son’s foot is a size 9 but his toes were all the way into the top of those shoes in size 9. They were fairly narrow for his wide foot too. Returning and probably going to try Chandler WP. We love the durability of Keen so we need a good shoe to last through fall/winter!

Excellent quality shoes that can handle very active kiddos! My son is 6 and I got the size 11 (Little Kid’s) and they fit him perfectly. He loves them and reported that they are comfortable too! Great shoes for everyday wear in the Fall and possibly early Winter. Highly recommend!

My son felt these were too tight or stiff around his ankles. We returned them and got the lower-cut Chandler model instead, which are more comfortable to him.

These are a high quality shoe especially for active boys. The rubber around the toe is super durable and they are comfortable. My 6 year old likes them.

I love the look and quality of this shoe. Keen makes great durable soles that hold up well to the abuse of a toddler at play. I bought these with the hopes that they would fit my son’s feet with his SMO’s on. Unfortunately, the the tongue of the shoe is stitched to its opening and will not opem up big enough to allow the amount of space needed for fitting an orthotic in. I will be returning these. I wish they worked out.

We had these shoes for my son in past years, but this pair seemed more narrow. We returned these. We ordered the Targhee Sport which we kept, the sizing seemed more in line with what we expect. I do appreciate that the Low WP are a more substantial shoe, but my son didn’t like the fit of them this year.

Comfortable and durable shoes for hiking. They don’t need to be broken in. My son wore them on a 5-mile hike and crossed through creeks — his feet stayed dry, cozy, and protected.

They were extremely tight on my five year old’s feet and I sized up. We couldn’t even close the Velcro. Extremely stiff and uncomfortable.

My 5 yr old grandson wears a size 13. The size 13 in this style is a little big for him. He wears these for hiking in the Rocky Mountains. They are perfect for the times that he may encounter streams or even snow at higher elevations.Dr

these shoes arrived covered in grey fuzzy mold. I though it maybe dust, so brushed it off the top shoe in the box. The bottom shoe inside the box was absolutely covered in furry mold. Disgusting. I noticed in one of your product photos of similar blue Keens for older kids, the photos on Zappos site show the mold! I did order a second pair of these and those did not have mold. Check your storage facility zappos!
