For my 10 yr old to go to a week of summer camp. They worked great. He wore socks with them until he did “water activities” so that he wouldn’t get blisters.

I purchased these as water shoes for my daughter. She’s had the typical Keen sandals in the past but we just wanted water shoes and couldn’t find any locally. They are definitely light and thin like a water sock type shoe but not snug or difficult to put on. I ordered her normal size and she said they feel big. They look To run about a size large. She has wide feet and has no issue with the width. They have served the purpose of protecting her feet on the rocky beach at the lake and riding bikes after. I don’t feel these would hold up for hiking or daily wear like the other keen sandals but I could be wrong.
