So, I and my husband were Crazy abt Keen brand, we both had sandals from Keen, we LOVED them, so I bought it for my father and my mother and shipped them to foreign countries! Now we were looking to buy sandals for our son but then noticed that keen dont make wide sizes, very disappointed but then read reviews their regular sizes are wide, was SOOO happy, was even more going crazy to read they make EVA inner soles!!!!! The style was PERFECT- covered toes, covered back so that stones or mulch doesnt enter his sandals as it is the case always. I was going to have a heart attach with happiness!
So, I ordered 2 different colors for my son in 2 diff sizes. When we received , they looked good(better than other brands, well but they r more expensive than others too, so that was expected) BUT they are not as good looking/good quality as the adult’s sandals are (!!??) 🙁 Very heart broken that they were hurting my son’s feet and were not as wide from toes either. The part that was hurting him was the front top part, where sandals finish, where the velcrow strap is, where legs and feet meet on top. His skin became red in 5 mins! Why they dont “stop” the sandals a lot before the legs start? why the sandals have to continue where leg is gonna start? That part rubs against my sons feet top(underneath/under the velcro strap part). They are not soft either as much they were for us! Kids’ shoes must be even softer, thats just didnt make sense to us. I really really wished they fit my son as we LOVE this brand but looks like their quality has dropped, so HEARTBROKEN 🙁
Zappos’s customer service is UNBELIEVABLE GREAT! Love you Zappos, pls dont do it like SHoes.com, now they charge $7 for each return, I boycott them to come to you guys <3

Cool looking, comfortable (IMO), and great summer sandal gym hybrid. They seem more narrow compared standard KEENs. I would love to wear them! My son will not tho. IDK when these kids develop strong opinions on their attire, he is 4. So back they go.

We always love Keen brand shoes but these were harder to get on because of them being narrower and the opening smaller. Once on, they’re great.

This is the second year in a row we’ve chosen these as our main shoe for summer. I love the more sneaker-like shape (and less bulbous toe!). They are great for outdoor adventures and they still look great at the end of the season.

Great shoe! I got these for my 4 year old son (and the larger size version for my 7 and 8 year old boys) and they have held up awesome. They wash well and wear well. By the end of summer, nearly end of summer, they still are in good shape. I do wish they had 1/2 sizes because I had to size up quite a bit in case they had a growth spurt and all my boys still have room in the shoes (only the 8 year old has the shoe fitting just well and not oversized by the end of summer). I will purchase these again next summer.

The heel was wide and there is no way to adjust it.

My 3yr old son loves these sandals. They’re comfortable, true to size, he can climb, jump and run in these with ease. I purchased these because Keen is known to make great quality footwear. I love the adjustable bungee cord in conjunction with the velcro strap.

These shoes are excellent. They are our second year using them. I use them for 4 boys ages (3, 5, 8, and 9) and this year we just came back and bought the next size up for each boy.

I am confused why the two shoes from the same brand look so different in sizes when they claim both are size 11. Picture attached. I like both pairs but can only keep one because of the inconsistent sizing.
